Again, as Chairman, CEO and only member of the neutralistassociationofthe.us we note that Bracing Views has produced a neutralist memo:

"A more effective Pentagon is one that would focus strictly on defending America proper while upholding the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law." Excellent.

Jealous of our status as only member, we can't grant you that status, but if we haven't already, we award you the title of Neutralist Fellow Traveler; Diamond Class. Congratulations.

Wouldn't that mean actually DECLARING war.

We've forgotten Part of Section 8, Article 1 of the constitution.

The words, "To declare War" are clearly in the Constitution of The United States as part of the enumerated powers granted the two houses of our national legislature.

Forget all the resolutions that we've used to get into the wars since 1950, none of which we've won.

No war in Iran without a declaration. While we are at it, unless we declare it, stop bugging Yemen.
