The U.S. is "fully, fully, fully supportive" of Israel
So Says Zionist Joe Biden
Yesterday, I wrote that Biden and Harris are sending a message of utter abject subservience to Israel.
After I wrote that, and in response to Iran’s ballistic missile strikes, President Biden said that the United States is “fully, fully, fully supportive” of Israel.
Wasn’t one “fully” enough? Do we have to be once, twice, three times “fully supportive” of Israel? Must we fully-fully-fully support Israel no matter what? If that’s the case, prepare for a full-scale regional war with Iran.

I didn’t watch the vice presidential debate with J.D. Vance and Tim Walz. Such debates rarely amount to anything. I read that the debate was largely civil and that Vance’s performance was mostly solid whereas Walz’s was somewhat nervy. And I stress that word: performance.

“Trump: Take America Back.” That’s the sticker I saw yesterday on a pickup truck. Take America back from whom? Or to what era?
The Harris message is “We’re not going back”: the meaning here is clear. We’re not going back to the days of Trump.
What’s telling here is that neither candidate has a clear and compelling vision for the future. Instead, the message is retrograde and directed against the other team. For Harris, Trump represents going back to a grim past, e.g. back-alley abortions. For Trump, Harris represents those who “stole” the 2020 election from him, thus the message to his followers that MAGA needs to “Take America Back” from them.
The messaging of the blue and red teams is similar: fear the other team. The other team represents betrayal and danger. Trump is going to turn America into a dictatorship where you have no right to vote. Harris is going to turn America into a woke nightmare where fanatics force gender reassignment surgery on your kids.
One thing is certain: It’s not a unifying and inspiring message. No more talk of New Deals, New Frontiers, It’s Morning Again in America, and the like. Even hope and change have been banished. Intemperate divisiveness is the message—and, seemingly, the goal.

Whenever I see the blue and red teams squabbling like this, I think of this cartoon. It sums up most of the 2024 election in a single image.

That cartoon fully, fully, fully makes the case for what is really going on with all this election talk nonsense.
Half the world is hoping someone will take America "back".
