The leaf blowing got so bad here a city ordinance was passed limiting the hours and the season during which it can be done. One good thing about northern winters is that things get very quiet, and very pretty after a snowstorm. Of course that doesn't stop the grousing, but as the masses leave to retire in hurricane prone Florida and water short Arizona I wave goodbye.
